OAKLAND — Two men have been charged and a third is being sought in the fatal shooting of a Fremont man Nov. 4 in East Oakland, according to authorities and court records.

Charged with murder in the killing of Damien Traylor, 22,  are Alkhem Session, 24,  and Armond Hamilton, 29..

Hamilton, who has a  2009 possession of marijuana for sale conviction in San Joaquin County, is also charged with felon in possession of a firearm.

Police are still trying to identify the third suspect.

Police said none of the suspects knew Traylor, who used to live in Oakland before moving to Fremont.

Traylor was in a car in the 800 block of East 24th Street about 9:20 a.m. Nov. 4 when he was shot.  He died at the scene. No motive has been released.

Both Session and Hamilton were identified as suspects through witness statements and physical evidence, Officer Jose Barocio said in a probable cause statement. Session was arrested Nov. 8 in San Francisco and Hamilton Dec. 8 in San Leandro. They are being held without bail and are scheduled to enter pleas Jan. 4..

Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $10,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the third suspect.  Anyone with information may call police at 510-238-3821 or Crime Stoppers at 510-777-8572.
